How We Started…
Victory Paint was founded by family and friends.
It all started with Daina’s passion for decorating and love of Benjamin Moore products which came together with Tricia’s business experience, Carolyn’s extensive community ties, and Jacob’s outside sales expertise – and, here we are!
Victory Paint opened in Spring 2025 and we are committed to serving the growing community of SE & NE Collin County. We work grounded in a few key values: take care of each other and our community, keep it local, and supply a great product with exceptional service.
Our Values…
Take care of each other and our community. Victory is owned and operated by women and most of the owners are also family. Victory was born to support each other and we
want to support the community as well. Victory owners are personally involved in chambers of commerce to support other local, small business as well as in public schools and other volunteer organizations.
Keep it local. Unlike big boxes and big paint chains, the money you spend at Victory stays local. Every dollar you spend stays with locally, women-owned Victory Paint and is then used to provide jobs back into the community. We don’t even pay royalties to
Benjamin Moore. The owners all live in DFW where their kids go to school and their families work.
Supply a great product with exceptional service. You will find the owners personally mixing and delivering your paint and ensuring that you receive excellent customer service. We want to get to know our customers and treat them also as friends and family.
Our Team…

Daina and Tricia are sisters. Daina, too, has become a Texan and recently made Dallas home. Daina has been personally decorating, designing, refinishing, painting and doing all the things with Benjamin Moore products for 25 years. Daina is working on getting her daughter Victoria from Baton Rouge to Dallas and her son Eric will join as well after he finishes his baseball and college journey at Clarke University in Iowa.

Tricia came to Dallas in 2006 after being washed out of New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina. While missing home and being closer to her extensive family, after 20 years, Dallas has become home. Tricia and her husband Mike live in Lake Highlands with their son William and two huskies, George and Yeti, while their son Nicholas is in graduate school in San Diego. Tricia spent 30 years in corporate law, most of which was in-house with a company in Dallas. This business experience provided a great foundation from which to launch Victory Paint Co.

Jacob and his family moved to Dallas in 2025 to pursue their dream of owning their own business. Jacob spent over 15 years in sales at one of the largest alcohol distributors in North America while in Baton Rouge. Jacob and his wife, Olivia, recently welcomed their first child, Wyndham, to the paint world. While W was born in Baton Rouge, he is quickly settling into his role as a Texan.

Carolyn grew up in Houston/Clear Lake before leaving to go to The University of Texas in Austin where she met her husband, Ed. Her early career was at the largest trade show company in North America, based here in Dallas. When Carolyn and Ed decided to start a family she transition to volunteering. Her organizational and communication skills gave way to leadership positions including 9-time PTA President and a turn as President of Young Men’s Service League, Lake Highlands. Their first born, Joe, is a Senior at Austin College while John is a Freshman at The University of Kansas. Their two cats and dog, Nolan, miss the boys hugs and games of fetch.
